Why night proves once again running the works right now?

as the Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien and the final for the Jimmy Fallon night im watching Conan right now and I noticed it running again why ?????

This is how they often do. Are displayed around 5 weeks of shows in a row, then repeats the air for a while. I do not know if, because PPL workers demonstrated the need for vacation, or because the network does not believes that occurs, you must pay all these episodes. They do about 225 episodes a year, you know.
